the day started badly.
the alarm rang at 8am, jarring me out of my wonderful, dream-filled sleep.
and so i blearily fumbled around for my specs, and went downstairs to get my IS module enrolment done.
WHO THE HELL THOUGHT OF GETTING PEOPLE TO WAKE AT 8AM TO DO MODULE ENROLMENT PLEASE.
freaking ungodly hour alright.
well, so i managed to log into npal by 8.04am, but to my utmost horror...
ALL THE SLOTS FOR EVENTS MANAGEMENT WERE TAKEN UP ALREADY.
what the hell. how many slots did they even offer for that!
and so i ended up with community. *snorts*
it's not even community with yinny, please. :(
i just don't understand.
they have 2 classes at the same time for community, which means it should be the same for EVENTS.
how could all the slots be snapped up so fast!
i'm gonna try again tonight.
*crosses fingers*

anyway, i was just thinking last night... of what exactly i want in life.
and to my horror, i couldn't come up with an answer.
i don't even know what i wanna do after i graduate from poly.
when i was in primary and secondary school, i had so many ambitions!
singer (which i crossed out soon enough, considering how my singing can shatter glass), actress (not all that great an option in singapore), doctor, lawyer, journalist, director, psychologist...
i started mass comm with loads of enthusiasm, but somehow, along the course of this past year and a half.. it seems to have dwindled.
i've realised that it'd be really tiring to enter the media industry, and wear an armor for the rest of my working life.
and i really wanna be a psychologist too!
think it'd be really interesting to well, counsel people. :D
but BUT. i've realised that with my current lousy gpa, hovering around 3.3 (which is nowhere near 3.5)...
it'd be kinda difficult to get accepted.
this uncertain future's starting to scare me.
what happened to the me who used to be so confident in every move i make?
but then again, i guess there are people who're worse off than me.
