well, i think the interviewing thing at the arts fest launch was quite fruitful.
surprisingly the people peggy and i chose to interview talked a LOT. and they gave pretty constructive answers to.
however, the launch fell short of my expectations.
expected it to be really magnificent and all.
although the performance by the spanish performance group, Le Fura dels Baus, was relatively impressive. it didn't get me all awe-struck.
they played around with the lighting and pulsating music quite well, however, the performance itself wasn't that spectacular.
i enjoyed the "mime" scene at first, however, halfway through, the beat of the music didn't really match the actors' actions.
the human formations were stunning at first but got too draggy soon after.

oh wells, it was a really good experience observing people and picking out those who may suit my target group of interviewees.
mediacorp tomorrow for the may lee show recording on the topic...... "all about men"!
yes, i see some jaws dropping already.
"what?! the feminist is actually willing to attend a talk show on men and how they think!?"
yeah yeah, enough already, honey.
surprising as it is, i can't wait!
