went to watch nyjc's bai yun gang drama performance today.
it was REALLY great meeting up with lina menghow and christine!
and it was really comforting to know that im not the only one missing them, but is a mutual feeling.
sigh..
alright, on baiyungang.
menghow dearest was the vice-producer!
good job love!
here's wishing you all the best for the last performance tmr.
only we who've gone through it would know how much sweat and blood was put into such a performance.
i'm sure you're really proud of yourself, and i am of you too!

as for the acting and all...
haha.
the 2nd ju was much better than the first.
the first was, erhm...
okay, lets say it still had loads that could be improved.
i think the storyline was good, but the actors couldn't pull it off.
couldn't feel the emotions and all.
and many of the actors didn't enunciate the words properly.
EH! CHINESE DRAMA LEH!
how can "shi4" become "si4", "shui2" become "sui2", "chu1" become "cu1" and all?
must go for more chinese lessons.
the second ju, however, was really good.
i so totally love the butch girl who acted as a guy!
HAHA. reminds me of my 2 fan3 chuan4 experiences in sec 1 and 2.
and to think that then, i was SOOOO excited acting as a guy.
and the stint in sec 2 when i acted as a father, people actually thought that i REALLY was a guy.
you have noooooo idea how glad i was when i found out.
haha. cuz of my hair and erhm.. lowered voice, it's not difficult to see how people could have been mistaken.
after watching baiyungang... i really really have the urge to go back and act.
never realised how much i could miss acting.
while watching the first ju and picking out all the mistakes, it suddenly hit me that i've never looked at the technical aspects of ju-s while watching them in the past.
ahhh well...
i wanna act in ahs xiang ying `07!

but i think it's too late to ask for it now.
bleah.

anyway, i cant wait to eat belated cny reunion dinner with menghow lina and chris!
(although chris is like... so separated from us now that she has her bf. *sniffle*)
