anyway. on to something else.
i think that we should all be happy with who we are.
of course, by saying that i don't mean that we should passively accept whatever fate throws to us.
yes, we've gotta fight for what we want, strive hard towards what we wanna achieve.
if you feel that you've reached your maximum, then be happy with what you have.
of course, if you didn't put in the effort, then forget about being even moderately good.
you can't expect to get 50% if you only put in, say, 25% worth of effort, right?
people are good at what they do because they practice f*cking hard.
also, it's no use going on and on about how u're worse, and putting down all you plus points.
everyone's better in some ways, and lousier in others.
we've all gotta understand that.
if everyone were to dwell on how he/she is lousier, the world would be a f*cking miserable place filled with everyone emoing.
so in the end, it's not how much you're better or worse, rather, how you deal with it.
it's like.. i know i suck at kickboxing. i know frances is better than me.
but hello? do you see me going depressed and thinking that since i suck, i mise well don't put in as much effort?
do you see me complaining about how others are better?
no.
cuz i know frances trains harder. and she's trained longer too.
so, what the hell, i just gotta make the best outta it and well, train hard too.
so it's either trying your damnedest and get to your maximum, or dont try and just fucking fail.
trying your damnedest is not very tempting, i agree.
but it's the only way u'll ever really know what you're able to do.
