ARGHH! went to see the sinseh just now.
and he told me to stop kickboxing for a period of time! apparently it aggravates my back.
eeks. however i told him it was quite impossible for me to stop, cuz i dun wanna slack like a couch potato at home everyday.
still, im quite worried about my back. at first, it was only the bottom left of it that was hurting, now it's both left and right!
darn. i seriously wonder what is wrong with it. at first they told me it was unaligned. but if it's really just unaligned, only one side would hurt. why is it both sides now?!
and im really worried. what if it gets worse and i have to stop kickboxing altogether??
the sinseh was quite disapproving of my decision to continue instead of taking a break from it.
but if i do stop for awhile, i'm worried my standard will get from the current "lousy" to even lousier.
dammit. who wants to exchange backs with me??
